How much time does setup take?

What a retailer link delivers

Each order lands in Era as an ordinary purchase, with the lines the retailer sent inside it. Your agents need no new tool and no second sign-in — the same MCP tools they already use to list and search transactions return the items too. Retailer accounts connect in the US.

Every item, not just the total

Product name and line total on every item, plus quantity, the retailer's own category for the item, and a product photo where the retailer supplies them. Your agents get the unit price and the product code as well.

Nothing rewrites your order

You and your agent can read and ask about the items — and nothing edits, splits or recategorises them. Not your agent, not Era, not a rule. So what you analyse is what the retailer sent, its own category included, worded the way the retailer wrote it. You or your agent can still tag and categorise the purchase itself, like any other transaction; the lines inside it stay as they arrived.

No balance, no net worth

A retailer link holds no money, so it shows no balance and adds nothing to your net worth — it's a record of what you ordered. The items come from the retailer: your bank and card transactions carry none of their own.

Past orders come with the link

What arrives is the retailer's own scan of your account, so orders you already placed are there alongside the new ones. How far back that scan reaches is the retailer's call — Era reads what it delivers and has no way to ask for a deeper window.
