Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February, 2024

Tinwell Labs Inc. d/b/a Era (“Era”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that you (“you” or “user”) may provide to us through your use of our website at https://era.app (the “Website”) and all of its sub-domains, the platform we make available through the Website (the “Platform”), and any related services, social media pages and apps.

By accessing the Website and Platform, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Privacy Notice (as defined below). If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Privacy Notice, please do not use the Website and Platform. Each time you use the Website and Platform, the current versions of this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Notice will apply.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect two types of information from users of our Website and Platform: “Personal Information,” which is information that can be used to identify you (such as your name or your email address), and “Aggregate Information,” which is information that cannot be used to identify you (such as frequency of visits to the Website and Platform or your browser type).

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Website and Platform. For example, you may provide us with your contact information, your name, the content of your communication, or other Personal Information when you choose to send it to us through email, an online form, when engaging with our conversational artificial intelligence tools, or other method. If you interact with us on social media, we may collect your social media profile information, your communications with us, and your communications and posts on our social media pages. If you choose to link your Accounts (as described in more detail below) to the Platform, we may collect your financial informational and transactional data from those Accounts.

If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the information you submit when you are signing up to receive communications from us. We also collect information when we interact with individuals at in-person events, workshops, and when we communicate through other means.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In order to register for an account on our Platform, you will be required to authenticate your identity using a Google address or your name and email. You may provide us with additional information such as a mailing address, mobile phone number, and personal profile image.

LINKING ACCOUNTS & ACCOUNT DATA

When using the Platform, you will have the opportunity to connect your bank, payment card and/or brokerage accounts (each, an “Account”) to your Era account in order to authorize and enable the Platform to retrieve certain financial information (your “Account Data”) from the banks and financial institutions with which you maintain Accounts, such as account transaction history, balance information, and/or other information maintained by those third-parties in connection with your Account. We may use Account Data to (i) provide products and services to you, (ii) for Era’s internal business purposes, and (iii) to offer you other Era products and services.

We use a service provider called MX Technologies (“MX”) to authenticate and link your Accounts to the Platform. MX Technologies, Inc. authenticates your Accounts and links them to your Era account to enable provision of Account Data to the Platform. To do so, we will ask you to provide your name and information about each Account. You will also be required to indicate your consent for Era to link your Accounts to the Platform and to collect financial and transactional data about you from your Accounts. Please review MX’s policies for more information about its terms and privacy practices: Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

You will have the ability to unlink your Accounts from the Platform at any time, and upon your written request, we will promptly and permanently delete your Account Data in Era’s possession.

  • Information about your device, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address and device ID.

This Personal Information may be processed and stored by a third party talent tracking solution provider as well as with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work relating to the recruitment process on our behalf.

Aggregate Information is information that does not identify you. Aggregate Information may be collected when you use our Website and/or Platform, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only Aggregate Information remains. We may collect, use, store, and transfer Aggregate Information without restriction (subject to applicable law).
