Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancel before your trial or paid intro ends and you never pay full price. The intro fee isn't refunded. Cancel after your trial or paid intro and your plan continues until the end of your billing period.

Yes, from your billing page, and the change takes effect right away. Upgrade and you pay the prorated difference now; downgrade and the unused part of your current plan goes toward your next invoice. During a free trial or a paid intro, a change costs nothing today, and the new plan's price is charged when the trial or intro ends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

Does Era sell my data?

No. We make money from subscriptions, not from selling your personal financial data. You choose which agents can use your connected financial information.

How is my data protected?

Era uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Agent connections use OAuth 2.1, and Era does not store your bank credentials. Account connections run through regulated data aggregators. You choose an agent's access and can revoke its connection. Revoking access stops future reads; it does not erase information already shared with that agent.

Is there a limit on Developer API requests on a paid plan?

Paid plans have no daily cap on API requests for now. Heavy automated use is throttled by a per-minute burst cap set by your plan: go over it and the API returns a 429 with a Retry-After header saying how many seconds to wait. Fair use covers the rest: scripts, dashboards or your own integrations on your own financial data, at a volume that fits one person. API requests and MCP tool calls are separate allowances, so using one doesn't reduce the other. Building something bigger? Contact us.
